As a UX professional, I like to be in the world of complex websites, portals, apps and software. For government, public services or complex sites.
I think technology should help, not hinder. That's why I like to focus on what users really want and make sure everyone involved in the project understands it. Together, we are working on flows and interfaces that make digital services not only understandable, but also a little more pleasant.
Like a good joke, a good interface doesn't need to be explained. Not only useful for users, but also better for organizations. I do this by conducting research, designing in a user-oriented way, involving end users and making prototypes to make concepts come to life and be able to validate them.
